In this role, you’ll help bring our CRM strategy to life – from email and WhatsApp to printed media – ensuring a consistent, localized, and high-performing customer experience. Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager and cross-functional teams, you’ll execute newsletters, optimize CRM content, automate flows, and support loyalty and referral initiatives.
