Junior Marketplace Manager (All Genders)

​​​​Are you passionate about e-commerce marketplaces and driving growth by optimizing listings, improving SEO, and managing high-performing catalogs? Ahead is scaling aggressively across marketplaces, and we are looking for a Junior Marketplace Manager to own the end-to-end operational tasks that keep our marketplace catalogs healthy, accurate, and performing at their best. 

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work closely with our Marketplace Manager and gain practical experience with Amazon, Tradebyte, and other EU marketplaces, while collaborating with Ops, Creative, and Sales teams in a fast-scaling, cross-functional environment that values ownership, structured processes, and strong collaboration.

We are looking for a talented individual who will directly contribute to marketplace growth and revenue performance, playing a key role in maintaining a high-performing, compliant, and efficient catalog across multiple EU channels.

YOUR TASKS

  • Marketplace Operations & Account Health: Manage daily marketplace operations, monitor KPIs (Buy Box, CVR, ratings, returns, OOS), and maintain account compliance and operational health

  • Catalog & Feed Management: Maintain catalog structure (SKU/EAN, pricing, product data), handle flat-file uploads, validate feeds, and ensure data accuracy

  • SEO & Listing Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize product titles, bullets, backend terms to maximize listing visibility and conversion

  • Competitor Benchmarking: Track competitor pricing, reviews, and share of voice to identify opportunities for growth

  • New Marketplace Onboarding: Support listing setup, compliance, and go-live coordination for new EU marketplaces

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor marketplace performance metrics, provide insights, and deliver regular reporting on catalog health and KPIs

  • Process Improvement & Problem Solving: Identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement ways to enhance catalog accuracy and overall marketplace performance

YOUR PROFILE

  • Detail-Oriented & Ownership-Driven: Strong attention to detail with the ability to take full ownership of tasks and deliverables

  • Structured & Analytical: Able to manage multiple marketplaces, troubleshoot issues, and analyze performance data to drive improvements

  • Strong Communicator: Clear and confident communication across cross-functional teams in English

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Tradebyte / TB.One (preferred), Excel/Sheets (VLOOKUP, filters, pivot tables), and marketplace KPI tracking

  • Education & Marketplace Expertise: Completed degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central operations, flat-file/feed management, SEO optimization, and catalog management (SKU/EAN structure) is highly desirable. Internships or projects in marketplace management are a plus

  • Proactive & Problem-Solver: Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, identifying inefficiencies, resolving listing or feed issues, and implementing process improvements
