As our (Junior) Product & Innovation Manager, you’ll help shape ahead’s next food innovations- hands on, fast-paced, and always creative. YOUR TASKS

• Support the end to end product development process - from concept to launch
• Create and manage detailed product specifications
• Review raw material specs, formulas, and packaging info for accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate closely with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and our internal Product & Innovation team
• Assist in sensory tests, line trials, and production approvals
• Continuously optimize product formulations with a strong focus on taste and nutrition

YOUR SKILLS

•  Degree in Food Technology, Nutritional Science, Food Chemistry or related field
• First hands-on experience with product specifications (internship, working student job, or first role)
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a knack for Excel & spec systems
• A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
• A genuine passion for nutrition, food trends, and smart product innovation
• Fluent language skills: English (C1) and German (at least B1) level

2. After our initial meeting, you’ll work on a small case study to give you a sense of the tasks you’ll be handling.
3. During the case presentation, you’ll have the chance to meet our Product & Innovation team and the founders, Johannes and Philip.
4. If both sides are happy, you can start as soon as possible!
